Extremely friendly staff! We checked in at around 10:30pm and we saw about 4 different staff members and every single one of them had kind welcomes. The rooms were very clean, we loved the view of the space needle. The rooftop lounge was the cherry on top, we will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and in good shape. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were excellent. Air conditioning worked great. On leaving, the elevator was delayed due to being stuck. However, the stairwell was wide and carpeted. Very nice.

This hotel is honestly my favorite in the Seattle area. They are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. It feels like a family run establishment. I will always stay here. Towels are plentiful and great condition, bedding is clean and soft, the rooms are updated and clean. Huzzah.

This place is charming. Great value, great location. You can tell the building is old, but the rooms are nicely updated. Friendly staff and nice views. Mixed reviews on the details: love the lighting in the bathroom, but the pillows are lumpy. Love the 24 hr coffee bar, but the elevators are annoyingly slow.
