The staff were very friendly and were able to get us into our room early. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located near the Seattle Center. We really enjoyed our stay and felt so welcomed by the staff.

First solo trip! As a female solo traveler, I felt safe at all times. The convenience to the super market and cvs was perfect! Close to good restaurants and the Pledge arena. Easy access to the monorail and other transportation! Desk agents were nice and helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! Will stay here again!!!

The heater system in my room was so loud when it was on throughout the night. We checked in at around 9:30pm and the front desk was working with low energy. I was charged $40 instead of $36/night for in and out parking. The hotel should inform Expedia to change the information of the post. I don't recommend this hotel.
