Super happy I found this place for the price. It’s unbeatable especially the location. I felt safe walking around at night and close to all bus and Metro stops. It’s never more than half an hour walk to all the major tourist spots of museums. Not the biggest fan of the self check in and check out computers, but their customer service is outstanding. Had an issue with the size of the bathroom and toilet layout it was in an and toilet layout it was in a really weird corner and they went above and beyond to switch out my room. I stay there four nights and I would definitely stay again very clean and nice rooms and the café and restaurant in the building is also decent.

Good location, staff was courteous, hotel underground parking was easy to access and only approximately half a block away. The hotel pub had good service and tasty food. The room was fairly small and outdated. The caulking in the bathroom was moldy (most likely due to the lack of bathroom fan). We attempted to use the AC unit but it wasn't working. We got a good deal on the room which is why I gave it a 3-star rating.

Clean room. Seems like a new bed. Convenient location to International District/Chinatown, all the Piers, Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Capitol Hill, transportation to Bellevue, Light Rail Link. & all buses. On-site 1928 Tap & Grill (restaurant/bar) & Pacific Provisions Cafe. Located on hill looking down to the ocean - piers. Online/ kiosk check-in and out. Gym with water dispenser; no need to buy water seperately. Small refregerator in the room. Single coffee maker. Only negative is there is no dresser/closet. Stayed for four nights & did not have a place to put our clothing.

I would not recommend to stay here. Upon checking into my room, I noticed immediately that the walls are extremely thin. I could easily hear all of my neighbors conversations and their TV shows. Also, as we got settled, I tried to turn on our TV- and there were no batteries in the remote. I tried calling the front desk numerous times, and no answer. I had to go down and ask them to change it. Also, all night and going into the next day one of our neighbors were playing their flute. We could hear it as if it were in our room. Again, I tried calling the front desk multiple times to tell them- and they did not answer. I had to go down again, and they took 30 minutes to address the issue and come up to our floor after I had to go down again. Also- the water pressure for the shower is terrible. The water pressure was terrible to actually take showers.

The room was nothing like the photos. The bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t have any settings that made sense. The bathroom was the size of a closet. You couldn’t open the door and use any portion of the bathroom at the same time. The shower tub had a large brown ring around the drain. The water pressure was non existent in the shower. They also had construction going on at the front desk during check-in and the saw was being run without any sound or material barrier towards the guests.
