Very clean rooms. Difficult for people with limited mobility. Has 7 stairs you have to take to get to the elevator. Did not have in room air-conditioning. They switch it to heat Oct 1st. You have to sleep with the window open for air.

Black mold in the bathroom

The fans in the bathroom don't work, which in Washington State means you're going to end up with black mold. Addition to this there was some biohazard stains on the mattress that should have been replaced.

Only one elevator was working and was quicker to take the stairs. Breakfast was not included but a discount was offered at the adjacent diner. The bedding smelled horrible. The bathroom didn't have typical towel hooks to dry them, rather, the towels are on a rack in the shower. Basic amenities where are included like a refrigerator, television, desk, iron, coffee maker.

I’ll start by saying this property is a decent option if you’re on a tight budget. The location is excellent, close to Pike's Place, the waterfront, restaurants, and shopping. However, the building is dated and a bit run down. While the automated check-in is easy, the parking situation is unnecessarily difficult. Although advertised as on-site, parking is actually a block away, tucked in a poorly marked area that took me and others nearly 30 minutes to locate. The provided instructions were vague, there was no map or address, and no one answered calls or texts for help. For safety reasons, I’d caution solo female travelers, it felt a bit eerie walking to the parking area before dawn for an early flight. The thermostat in my room didn’t work, and when I tried to open the window, it had no screen. The walls are also very thin; I could hear neighbors talking, showering, and their 4AM alarms. Overall, this place is affordable and well-located, but not very comfortable or convenient. Parking also costs $45, which wasn’t disclosed online. I wouldn’t stay here again, but if you need to be in the area and have limited options, it works for a short stay.

Area is dirty and noisy, difficult to access on foot due to extremely steep hills. Parking garage is helpful, but the garage is a block down a steep hill from the hotel. Hotel itself was clean and relatively nice, however there was only one working elevator so wait times were high. No fan in the bathroom; taking a short shower left the entire room humid and all the windows foggy for over 24 hours.

The parking was not convenient really terrible access, and expensive. I paid for the breakfast but did not use it and I explained that before the restaurant was open. No refund. There was peeling paint, dirt smudges on the wall, chipped up cupboards, and the bathroom door would not close properly. Graffiti and dirty elevators. I would give this hotel a 2 star rating at best.

Right from the start our experience was not great. Staff front desk were good but we had issues with the tv and wifi. The building is old and needs reno’s and after multiple issues we were moved to another room. I do think they have limited staff and house keeping is done after 7 days. If you want it sooner it’s a $40 US. Parking is 2 blocks away. On our second night a couple beside us were arguing and it took 4-5 calls for the noise to stop (about an hr) All in all the manager finally made it right but it was a very frustrating experience. The hotel is nicely located though. Would we stay there again. Probably not.

Room didn’t look like the room on the website. It was incredibly tiny. You couldn’t even open your luggage’s on the floor. You had no control to turn heater on or off or control temperature. We had an infant and kids. My daughter was vomiting from the heat. I almost had medical emergency due to how hot it was in our room. The last night manager had to bring me fan since I was almost passing out trying to pack. The parking garage was a distance from hotel so having to walk in the rain just to get from my car to hotel. But my main complaint is the having no control as a guest to even turn off The heater in your room.
