Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, I had nearly everything I needed. I was roomed on the ground floor, making doggy potty breaks easier — thank you to the staff for making it easy! I stayed here because it’s where a training took place and it was very convenient for me to bring and care for my dogs, especially on breaks. Downside is that not all exterior doors allow reentry with the card key, while there’s always a workaround it does defeat the purpose of security. And that I needed to go up to the 2nd floor for ice, but I survived (haha).

Mostly the building and rooms look poorly maintained and the other guest were loud and somewhat. Sound last can be heard through the walls. Carpet seemed quite dirty. Front Desk staff was very friendly though.

Bathrooms need upgraded but otherwise the room was great for my needs. I stayed for multiple Days after a surgery and the staff was very helpful. Walkable location and easy to access basic needs. My room was quiet and cozy.

Comfy beds, problem free check in, great location, quiet room. Free parking was a plus. We asked for fresh towels, which never arrived. Maybe we should have put the “maid service requested” sign on the door. Simple accommodations with all the features we need. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town.
