Room was clean. Staff were friendly. My only complaints were the shower and walls/ceiling and noise from them. The shower wasn’t functioning 100%. It was leaking at the top of the shower and spurting water. I had to put a towel over it to stop it from spurting into the ceiling and walls. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear all footsteps from the room above me, all movement from the neighboring rooms and all footsteps and rolling bags outside of the room.

This hotel was what I paid for, but I couldn't stand the excessive noise at night and early morning. The loud sounds and sudden hits often scared us awake during the night and early morning, making it hard to sleep peacefully.

It was a nice and convienent stay, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the ride back and forth was easy. Just wish they had actual breakfast outside of cereal and waffles.

There was a strong, unpleasant chemical smell in the room. The basement room was also quite noisy with foot noise and voices amplified through the floor. That said, the shuttle driver and front desk staff were friendly.
