Staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the location was close to many amenities and interstate but very steep hills to and from. The drawbacks were the bed and pillows were not very comfortable and the soundproofing was horrible, we frequently heard sound from the hall and the neighboring rooms using their restrooms. We are unlikely to stay here again.

Yes, to "spotless" (the room) and Yes to the many courteous staff members we encountered during our stay. Our room was comfortable as well as roomy, with a great view of downtown Seattle. Brooke, when not attending to other customers in the lounge, was especially informative about the city, answering our many questions (we both worked downtown at one time). Valet parking was easy. All in all, very happy with our stay at the Crown Plaza Seattle.
