The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"Room was dirty, hair on walls, dust everywhere, windows broken and would not stay open, AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, shower door broken, shower handle difficult to turn on. Loud and next to bus stop which is busy all night long and early morning. Had issues with checking in via self check in both times I stayed here, first staff member was super helpful and kind, second staff member was not helpful and receptive when I told him I already had an issue with their self check in and needed the front desk to do it, made me try self check in (which did not work again) before he would do it on his computer."
