"We booked 2 king bed rooms with pullout couches from Hotels.com. When we arrived they put us in small rooms with 1 queen bed. I immediately went to the desk and was informed that they didn't have those rooms. It felt like an episode from Seinfeld but it was not funny. They finally gave us 2 rooms with a king bed and told us it was the fault of the third party vendor. The pool pump broke the day we arrived which was the reason we went their for kids on vacation. It was fixed the next day but it was all very disappointing. We made the best of it but it was not what we hoped for. We ate at the restaurant one night and the bartender was the only 1 on as someone didn't show. He did everything and was super nice and apologetic but that is a management issue. If someone no shows, you come in or find other help. The staff were friendly and nice but I couldn't recommend this property to anyone."

"Our stay was great and very welcoming. The staff was really nice and very helpful and made us feel comfortable We had an issue with the sink getting clogged, so it was kind of inconvenient Also we were a little disappointed because the roof top was closed for an event the whole time we were there. And we were looking forward to seeing it going up there for dinner/drinks. But we understand it happens. But other than that our stay was great and would definitely go back again for sure!"

"What a gem The Cove at Rockport is! The location is directly across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was readily available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The facility is well cared for, clean and comfortable. The bed had the most wonderful mattress I’ve ever slept on! I particularly appreciated the free, off street parking. Check this hotel out, you won’t regret it."
