"I stayed at the Hilton to visit my daughter over the weekend and ended up teleworking early in the week. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and offered services i did not know were available, like picking me up from rental car site when i dropped off my car early. Definitely recommend. Just an FYI they do not offer a free breakfast buffet but have sit down service for a charge."

"The room was very clean and well appointed… but very, very noisy with a train level crossing right outside (train horns, bells etc), trains passed through around every 45 minutes between 5am and 1am, very difficult to get any sleep."

"This hotel is a perfect option given its proximity to Logan Airport. The hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. I was worried it was going to be loud when I first arrived because there was a lot of people in the lobby. However, I did not hear a thing when I was in my room. It was completely quiet. I did not even hear a toilet flush or a shower being used."

"The property is nice the rooms condition was not the bathroom toilet seat had deep scratches making it look dirty, the shower drain was old and moving also seeming dirty. The kids mattress were dirty should have protected covers. The balcony was filthy and you could hardly open the door. For the price they should look into minor cosmetic updates to make it more price appropriate. "

"We have stayed at the HIE before. Staff is friendly. I enjoy being able to get a hot cup of coffee or tea whenever I want it. Parking is at the back of the hotel so use the rear door once you have your key. "
