Stayed here for an unexpected two nights. Stayed in the captains quarters room on the third floor. Amazing views of Rockport, lots of space that is utilized fantastically. The corner nook was a great. Furnishings tasteful and comfortable. The walk in shower was spacious. Check in was simple and easy, was texted promptly after booking. Free laundry in the basement with two washers and dryers, came in super handy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Rockport or the area in general. Will definitely find myself here again!

This was such a great little place to stay. An old historical home decorated very modern and tastefully. Everything was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. It's remote staffing and I thought that was very interesting The person monitoring remotely was very accommodating very quick to respond to everything. This stay was very nice. I would definitely be returning to stay here on my next trip to Rockport! They did a really good job at this place

No staff on site but room was very nice. Very close walk to all shops in town. Staff very responsive. If I had a complaint which really isn't one . Is the hot water doesn't get hot enough for my liking and there is nowhere to sit to put my make up ...would highly recommend to anyone

Wow! What an amazing place. So close to rockport and bearskin neck, literally a 5 min walk! The staff are lovely and let us check in early to store our luggage. The space is gorgeous, modern designed Victorian manor, most places like this have a musty smell but this place is very clean and modern. Modern amenities, the shower is divine, the property itself is stunning and spacious. There is lots of parking. The tv has modern streaming networks, temperature controlled rooms, and the beds are so unbelievably comfy. I would recommend they have more durable bed frames as when you move around it is a bit creaky. And the acoustics with other guests aren’t amazing but they’re decent, if you really value privacy tho it may not be the stay for you. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful home. However, you really only have access to your room and one common area. The entire home is used for guest rooms. There is no elevator, so you do have to carry your luggage up/down flights of stairs (we were on the 3rd/top floor), which is a bit sketchy. Unfortunately, the coffee pot in the room did not work, so we had to go up and down the stairs each day just to get a cup of coffee, which was not ideal. I thought this home was a bed and breakfast, but it is not. If you are looking for a hotel room, this place is okay for that.
