Wonderful taste as to decorating, and construction is top notch. Heated tile flooring topped it off for me and my dog. I couldn’t stop appreciating every detail of the build, supplies, towels, appliances, and on and on. Really a wonderful property!

Nice location very close to Pebble. Pretty guest house. Nespresso machine is not working. TV situation is sub par at best. (One small tv in the main bedroom that is slow and difficult to work.) If you are over 60 years or have any issues with walking I would advise against. “The path” to the house is basically a downhill trek through the mulch. Very difficult especially with suite cases on wheels. A nice welcome gift which was much appreciated. Washer and dryer were handy. Nice kitchen and fireplace. Very quiet.

Exceptional location

This property is a beautiful guest house located on 17 mi drive. However our fitted sheet was torn, several of the kitchen shelves were unstable, almost causing a teapot to shatter. ( We caught it in time, miraculously). These things were minor and reported to the host on check out. The most significant issue is access down a steep hill with no pathway. We arrived when it was still light but it would have been virtually impossible to navigate at night. The pre check in description of the access point did not do it justice. We walked right by the unmarked opening in the gate.

A beutiful cottage in a beautiful, quiet location, and quick responses to questions. But it was the little extras made this cottage a perfect place to stay - cotton, fresh-smelling sheets and towels, beautiful artwork, and a bottle of wine.
