The room was beautiful views were great too but there was no power because of storm, the fron desk assured us oh we have power back ups but the manager let us know later that its only for lobby! So no electricity no hot water! The hotel didn’t even compensate for this at all! Bad service front desk rude the rooms need better amenities the water heater needed an hour or so to get hot water. Expedia compensated me but the hotel Hyatt customer service is terrible

The room was incredibly clean and the jacuzzi-style bathtub was awesome! I also was surprised to have a legitimate wood fireplace versus gas, which I loved!
