I did not appreciate my check in experience. Not my first rodeo reserving a room off Expedia, usually do the reserve now, pay later option all over central/Northern California. And this experience was unique. Reserved 3 rooms, fees included. Expected to pay what was listed on my reservation. At check in I was informed of an additional $100 deposit for each room. That’s almost twice as much as I was expecting to pay. The desk clerk says, “it’s in the fine print”. I read the fine print in front of her. It’s not in the fine print. Nor have I had to pay anything additional on any other stay I’ve reserved through Expedia in the last few years I’ve used them. Still had to pull money out of thin air for fees that weren’t listed as even a possibility at check in. So if you’re planning a vacation on a specific budget, plan for that extra. Property was fine. Showers were a little small, and dark. Excess noise from thin walls, what sounded like plumbing knocking, as well as the airport runway nearby. But rooms were clean.

Room was outdated..Old looking, furniture run down,paint and decor is old and didnt match. Bathroom old, smelled like bleach n shower tile back from the 50's. The hotel needs to be ipgraded. THE PRICE IS TO MUCH FOR THIS HOTEL AND ROOM.. Need to be refunded..

Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Would recommend that you ask for a room facing the back not the main road. All glass patio made it quite noisy. Restaurant next to hotel was good. Highly recommend

Older facility that needed upgrading. No elevator. View in room opened to parking lot which made it unsafe to leave curtains open. Fitness area had six cardio machines that weren't all operable. Television in fitness room not working. Overpriced.

The hotel is old but seems to be kept up reasonably well. Not crazy about not getting cleaning and towels daily ( the hotel said it was “on demand” but several days were missed. For a cheap Fremont St place it’s okay but during car crazy week when it’s getting crazy money per night that does not work

Find somewhere else.

Wasnt the worst but definitely a close second. Guy during check in was kind of rude. There's a $100 deposit after paying the room in full that I was not told about before arriving. I booked online, paid in full and when I went to check in, he said there was a deposit. It takes a few business days to get back. Room was kind of nasty and looked like the baseboards were falling apart. The beds were squeaky. The roll crib looked nasty and rusty, the baby slept next to me. They had grate things on the front door so you can hear everything outside. The planes over the building, i get not their fault but the things on the front door doesn't help. The TV speaker didn't work but we didn't care, we came back after being gone all day and sonehow it's working and on but nothing else was touched. We never said anything because it didnt matter to us so how did they know? Nothing else was touched so housekeeping didnt come in. It was weird. Either way, wouldn't return and definitely don't recommend for those with kids.
