The room...No hot water, Mattress collapsed on one side, & the Heater/AC Fan malfunctioned and was making loud grinding noise (had to shut it down). Not ideal with morning outside temps in the mid 30's. Checking out I mentioned the deficiencies and received no remedy (like at least a partial refund or even a sorry). I Do NOT recommend staying here.

We weren’t able to check in on time because they said the room wasn’t ready. And then when we got there, it was also leaking pipes in the bathroom dripping water throughout the whole bathroom. And loud noise above us the entire weekend. I’m pretty sure this is unacceptable
