Helpful staff however my room had mold in the upper ceiling natural light in the bathroom. I moved to about 4 rooms before accepting that the room I had was going to be the one I had to keep. The staff didn’t bother to upgrade my room after telling me it was put out of service because of the mold for several months. Overall the ac was clean which was nice. But the breakfast sucked here, not at ALL what the photos showed. I could probably get better breakfast at McDonald’s..

When we first walked in, there was what seemed to be a manager and a subordinate arguing in front of myself and another guest. The first two sets of room keys didn’t work but a maintenance worker said that their system was acting up, so that was understandable. The A/C didn’t work very well, but the heater worked great. The jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work. The tv would not work, and when the front desk was called all we were told was, “Unplug it and plug it back in, that’s what works for me” instead of offering to send somebody up to help. The stay itself was not terrible and was in a great part of town, but I am only willing to give this place one last chance.

Clean room and kind staff. We stayed in the suite and the hot tub and fireplace were easy to operate and fun to have. There were very cute towels folded into shapes around the room. The breakfast however is extremely sparse. Some toast and yogurt and coffee. Don’t expect protein options.

Large room plus sitting room and fireplace. There was a patio but the weather didn’t let us use it or the pool. Free breakfast was nice with bagels, instant oatmeal, and fruit. Definitely would stay here again.

We went on a roadtrip and this was the first hotel we stayed at. Every hotel on our trip did not even come close to this place. The location is fantastic, right across from shopping and conveniently located near the start of the 17 Mile Drive. The room that we had was pet-friendly and large - it was a 2 story with a murphy bed and sofa on the bottom floor and a king size on the second floor with 2 bathrooms. We were very comfortable, especially our pup. I'd return here if I ever came back to the area.

I was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool however the pool was not warm enough to swim in wanted to utilize the nice fire outside but when I called the front desk, Madison said I needed my own matches because the maintenance guy had left 10 minutes ago I asked her if she had matches she said no we would have to light ourselves. I do not carry matches and I just thought that this was horrible because we could not experience the beautiful Gas fires that were outdoors. Continental breakfast was OK but it said that it provided breakfast not continental so it would’ve been nice to have some scrambled eggs something more substantial the service people that clean the rooms. They were busy washing clothes, washing towels props to them. They knocked on our door asked if we needed service, but Madison needs some retraining had to be more customer service oriented.

Found stains on the bed sheet Friday night, but didnt really care due to being exhausted. Saturday morning 12/28 I asked if the sheets could be replaced along with new towels since I found a blood stain on a towel, and I was told yes things will be replaced, but after coming back in the late evening, the sheets were not replaced and no new towels. I also found left over drinks from whoever stayed last in the room inside the fridge which makes me wonder if the place was thoroughly cleaned. However, the price of the room was reasonable and there was free breakfast. I'll give 3/5 stars.

The room was very clean. There was a stain on the floor that looked like spilled coffee. There were chips in floorboards and there was a small chunk missing from the bottom of the main door. Otherwise, the room was cozy and warm and just what I needed: a clean, safe, convenient space to spend a night.
