The Quail was amazing. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. i managed to move rooms to have a sunnier area which was hugely appreciated. i arrived on Sunday and the only disappointing thing was the restaurants close at 3pm and open at 5pm. however would i stay again ABSOLUTELY. We loved the property & our room was GREAT! Love the high ceiling, the room was large, the patio was nice and quiet and relaxing. I would love to thank Jeni, in the entire check-in staff, everybody was really accommodating and amazing for our anniversary. If only the bed wasn’t rock hard and the neighbors fans (assuming that’s what it was) was on all night (whoop gave us both the worst sleep numbers in months lol) EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AMAZING.

The property and grounds were utterly beautiful. We had a bungalow overlooking the fairway and we loved it. The staff in the restaurant were attentive on some nights and utterly lacking on others. Leaving someone waiting to be seated for up to 10minutes when you aren’t busy and the reason being that you are having a nice chat with someone already seated and dining does not seem appropriate or fair. The food was limited in choice for lunch and dinner but much better for breakfast. On the whole a good experience. With better training of staff, it could be a great one.
