Compare Hotels with Childcare in Hell's Kitchen

"I was surprised how polite the staff were, as I usually have mixed interactions with NYC hotels. Especially in the “budget” realm. However, the front desk staff were always friendly and the room was much better than I expected. Small but…it’s in NYC. The shower was outstanding, with 2 different head options and the bed was fairly comfortable for budget accommodations. Heat worked well too. Oh! And I never had to wait for an elevator which was a surprise. Highly recommend!"

"Very noisy, doors are heavy, slam shut. Cleaning staff slam doors constantly. Not enough noise filtering between hallways and rooms,gaps around doors are significant, light from hallway shines through all around. Deadbolt didn’t work. Deadbolt misaligned vs door frame so couldn’t lock properly. Lots of foot traffic in lobby, especially at breakfast time "
