                          We stayed at the property last week. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. The breakfast was great! The grill was our favorite for lunch, delicious food. Couple negative things I would like to mention is the room service. The cleaning staff pretty much only exchanged our towels and threw the garbage out. They never cleaned the bathrooms or changed the bed sheets. I would of appreciate if they cleaned the bathroom at least couple times within the one week of our stay. The other Issue I experienced was when we first arrived at the hotel. Upon check in we were helped by a guy who at first was a little rude and then become nice once I told him that he should treat customers better. Unfortunately, we had to change our room due to a smell of mold, and Isabella helped us at the front desk. I have to say that Isabella had absolutely no customer service skills at all. She was very rude, very unpleasant and unprofessional. After I told her that she shouldn’t be talking like this to customer, she became red. If the staff working on the front desk doesn’t welcome the customers pleasantly, than it makes the first impression of the hotel look very bad. I have been to many hotels before and have never seen such disrespectful person like Isabella. I hope management acknowledges these issues and address them.

                          I liked everything about the hotel. The cleanliness, the top notch customer service of all staffs, especially front desk staffs were amazing. Also we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast and the proximity to the beach was awesome.

                          Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel was nice and clean with indoor, outdoor pool and spa. Location is walking distance to the beach and back porch restaurant with public access to the beach. You will have to cross two busy streets 98 to get there. But please rent a car taxi service will eat a hole in your wallet to the harbor. Adventure park next door as well bubba gumps and Joe’s Crab Shack. No Uber service at this time. Make sure if you fly in make reservations for pickup and return.
