We had to wait 3 hours to get into our room when we arrived which was most unfortunate with 4 children anxious to begin their adventure. Lots of confusion with the way things are billed.

The room AC/Heater was not clean. It had food crumbles inside it and looked nasty. Also the heater kept on making a lot of noise all night. Its an old unit and it kept on waking my kids up.
