"Perfect location and very good host ."

"This property was in the best location we've stayed at in Seaside! It's 50 steps away from the town square and 50 steps away from the beach entrance. It was so easy to go down to the beach and pop back up to the house when we wanted to grab lunch. I was nervous it would be too loud and crowded being that close to town, but that wasn't the case at all. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The interiors are beautiful and look just like the photos. Perfect size for a couple. The fridge is a little larger than a mini fridge, so it doesn't hold much, but it was fine for 4 days. The bed was super comfy and they had tons of bath towels. The only con we had was that a couple checked in to the unit above us a day before we checked out and we could hear them walking around and making noise in the morning. Not a huge deal during the day, but something to note if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a great place to stay! We'll definitely be back!!"

"This house was great for several reasons! Easy access to the beach (almost like you have your own private access at your house - just one house between you and a gate code to the stairs) and easy walking distance into “town” with all the shops and restaurants made is very simple with kids and adults all on different schedules coming and going as they please. The house itself is beautiful, clean and has great views of the beach and sunset. The property management was quick to respond to any questions and came on site almost immediately when we alerted them about a door and window issue to resolve it. We absolutely recommend this house to couples, friends and families!"

"This property is in a great location. 2+/- minute walk to Seaside and 4+/- minute walk to the beach. Great "old Florida" feel to the area with live oaks, gravel/sand road, etc. Would definitely book again!"

"Location is fantastic. Home is very well appointed. Bed was amazingly comfortable. I wish it did have a little better freezer for ice and ice cream. Also, better privacy in the bathroom. You feel a little exposed to your neighbors. But not enough to deduct a star."
