First time staying I would return. The pool is top notch and open till 11pm. We were A family of 5 we fit perfectly. 2 blocks to the beach and restaurants and pharmacies right outside. Short cab ride to Old San Juan or T-mobile district, La placita and so on.

This hotel is a tough recommendation. The staff is fantastic and a credit to the Embassy Suites brand. However, their excellent service is heavily overshadowed by the hotel's subpar cleanliness and constant crowds. If you value attentive staff and can overlook the worn-out facilities and long waits(breakfast buffet & happy hour)it might be a suitable option. For those who prioritize a clean, well-maintained hotel and a peaceful experience, it would be best to look elsewhere.
