Had a wonderful 3 nights stay here, we enjoyed breakfast every morning, enjoyed lounging by the pool and hot tub. Staff was very polite, and helpful.Hotel is close to the local beach, where the hotel provides, an umbrella, lounge chairs and towels(free).Our room was cleaned daily, and the property provided all the amenities listed and lived up to its 9.0 rating. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was nice. The check in was a nightmare. We arrived very early around 10:30 and they were not able to accommodate us. They said the check in was at 4 pm. even I sent an email the day before letting them know we were going to be arriving early early. But the check out was nice, smooth, the front desk lady, Maribel was very nice and helpful.

Worst Embassy Suites Happy Hour ever! Snacks were a bowl of bar mix chips and pretzels that got wiped out after a half hour and never restocked. Complimentary drink selection was very skimpy, cash upgrades were well drinks at most bars. So sad that this is a Hilton branded hotel??!!

Conveniently located close to SJU and a beautiful beach (Isla Verde, only a 6 min walk!). Clean rooms though living room furniture is a little dated. Nice sized pool and hot tub.and loved the option of a casino. The two dally bottled waters and cocktails were a nice touch. Would stay again!
