This hotel is a tough recommendation. The staff is fantastic and a credit to the Embassy Suites brand. However, their excellent service is heavily overshadowed by the hotel's subpar cleanliness and constant crowds. If you value attentive staff and can overlook the worn-out facilities and long waits(breakfast buffet & happy hour)it might be a suitable option. For those who prioritize a clean, well-maintained hotel and a peaceful experience, it would be best to look elsewhere.

Business and family friendly oriented was excellent. The staff were awesome always receiving you with a smile and accommodating your every need especially the lady that takes your order for breakfast. I forgot to get her name and Jose from housekeeping and Alejandro. The only update needed is the sofa and chair in the suite need updating. The pool could have been more cleaner but it also could’ve been because it was raining on and off throughout the days I was there. The hotel is close to everything you could walk to the beach two minutes away. I felt very safe there no matter what time it was security is on point. The restaurant that’s in the hotel oh my gosh, the food is so delicious and the staff were great. I walked in maybe 20 minutes before closing and the young gentleman that was their as my waiter he was fabulous and very attentive, and if I didn’t mention it, the food was delicious.

Breakfast was in abundance and amazing. I loved how close the walk was to the beach and there was good food at the hotel's restaurants and many restaurants also close to the property. I will definitely stay here again.

We highly enjoyed our 3nt stay here! Location was super. Employees were all very welcoming and helpful. The 2hr evening cocktail reception was a welcomed surprise. I found the room, lobby and pool to be very clean and up to my standards. The free (but please tip!) beach chairs and umbrella set-up at the beach were the icing on the cake!! The quality of the included breakfast buffet does have room for improvement but served its purpose to get us fed so we could start out our day with full tummies. The casinos live entertainment was very enjoyable and the waitstaff were on point bringing beverages around. I would happily stay here again and recommend this location to friends and family.

The room was clean, love the fact you can close the door from the room so it can be quiet. Dosent matter how noisy it was out side you can sleep if noise is an issue for you. Love the free 2 drinks you get for every stay you have. The pool was nice and not to crowded will defenetly stay here again.
