We loved everything about it. Our family stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is delicious, the beach is walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was the same everyday and late and cold. Need to come up with some different breakfast options. Maybe some extra help at brake fast. The Lady serving the breakfast was very nice and polite. Greeting everyone but people were very impatient wait for food. That was always empty.

The hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and super helpful. Pool is clean and plenty of chairs outside. Breakfast is phenomenal, including brisket, overnight oats, fresh fruit and juices. I will stay again when I come back.

The worst hotel to stay at. Pool was broken for 4 out of 7 days of our stay. Handicap lift to pool was also broken. Said they would credit my card for each day of no pool. They did not issue the credit. Also do not use this app for booking. They will not make it right either

UNHAPPY STAY

Our stay was ok but there were issues. The floors in the kitchen and bath were sticky, the swimming pool was out of service, the tv service was not good during football season. There should be all sports apps on the tv like the SEC app and the abc channel was never showing what the guide said. We even checked out a day early because we couldn't watch all sports channels. We had to insert our door key in a slot to get power to use the lights in the room which took forever to figure out that was what we were suppose to do.

The room wasn't very clean. The restroom walls and back of the door had stuff all over it. I switched to this hotel for the splash pad but that and the pool were down. Our tv wouldn't work, we called twice to get it resolved. It would turn on but no other channel besides the weather channel would work. They would say someone would be sent to help but both times we waited over an hour. After the second time we just decided to venture out for the day. Overall it was okay, I wouldnt stay here again.
