Staff and amenities. Everything was shut down due to construction including the fitness room which during winter makes sense to have fully available. We had to ask to get our room cleaned and for toilet paper. The best thing was the breakfast buffet.

The room was really nice and completely updated. The tv was in a weird spot and didn’t swivel enough to see it from the bed and the sound was not great but that would be the only “complaint”. The hotel is in a great location, near so many points of interest! We had a wonderful experience!

Room was clean and in good shape. Staff courteous. Downsides were breakfast ran out of eggs. Renovations made access inconvenient. Elevator not working in the morning. These were minor to an overall good stay. Hopefullyit gets better after your renovations are done.

It would have been helpful to know that the hotel is currently performing renovations but the first floor and the corridor leading to the elevator was a bit of a challenge to go through. The room we booked was a good size and nicely accomodated the entire family with ease but there were no furniture to place our clothes so everything had to stay in our bags. Once the hotel is fully renovated the hotel should be a good place to stay. But with so many choices around the area, I would like to try something else next time.

Requested a king bed for tall husband and they overbooked king beds so gave us two queens, going through renovation so it was dirty, loud and inconvenient, bolt lock did not work, lotion fell off the wall, shampoo was taken by cleaning crew and not returned for out last day, food was subpar. Air conditioning worked great.

Property is under renovation and the construction smell caused breathing problems and way to break fast place and front desk was under constriction caused lots of inconvenience kids slip while walking. First day no hot water in the room after the repair second day it was OK. Overall it was very bad experience with lots of inconvenience with hotel renovation.

There’s no hair dryer in the room, I requested and never came. The drain in the tube was clogged and they fixed after requested. The mattresses were worn out and very soft and uncomfortable. The heated pool was more cold than the ocean.
