I almost didn't book here do to the mix reviews. But hey this is the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable big, clean, property is well maintained. They give you 2 complementary drinks per night, breakfast is awesome, I with chefs in there and is included, also the parking is included. Not easy to find this type of deal. Area is nice across street from beach, with towels umbrella and chairs for extra, but excellent service. They help you with anything. 20 minutes from harborwalk village. Outlets 2 malls like 5 min drive. Please book here. And is family friendly

A great hotel choior easy access to Miramar Beach.

Very fast check-in. Accepted a late 3am. Check-in due to travel delays. Hotel staff was very accommodating with last minute bookings. The morning breakfast had a big selection with customized omelets. The room was very clean and a comfortable bed. Bonus easy access with hotel code to the beach in Miramar.

Property and grounds were nicely maintained. Buffet breakfast had many options and the happy hour drinks were a delight. Pool needs to be better maintained and possibly connected to hotel better. Overall great stay would def come back.

We spent 5 nights here in July of 2025 with our 4 kids. The layout of the rooms is terrific. The breakfast is great, and nightly drinks were a highlight of our trip, the bartenders have great personalities! Proximity to beach is wonderful. It is a well-maintained hotel and the cleaning staff are amazing. Our biggest disappointment was the front desk staff. We asked for extra sheets our first night and it took over 4 hours to have them brought to us. A few nights later, our sleeping situation wasn't working out so we needed another blanket and sheet, we were told they'd be brought to us and never were. There was an air of snobbiness and suspicion regarding our very basic requests. That was so odd and we had never been treated like that. I'm not sure what they were worried about or why our request was ignored, but when you spend thousands of dollars it's strange that a request for some extra sheets would be denied. It put a bad taste in our mouth and we avoided dealing with the front desk associates the rest of our trip. We would stay here again but just avoid the front desk people after checking in! They don't seem to really want to help and are not willing to go above and beyond. If you'll need extra sheets, B.Y.O.S.

D.J at the front desk was incredibly helpful upon arrival. Sweet little older lady was awesome with my lil boy when transitioning rooms. (My apologies but her name slips my memory.) Nick at the bar was super friendly and the two gentlemen cooking every morning were super friendly and incredibly fast. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

We stay at this same hotel every year. This year was terrible. When we arrived the sick above the fridge did not work and the handle for the shower fell off. We reached out to the front desk and they sent someone to fix it. He got the water working but it just dripped our whole stay. He did not fix the shower handle at all after me requesting to get it fixed everyday. They did not offer to switch my room at all. Just terrible and we love the Embassy Suites. The staff didn't seem like these issues was a big deal to them.

While we love staying at this hotel every time we come to Destin, it wasn’t as enjoyable as other times due to the A/C was not be working properly. We didn’t tell management because it was obvious they were aware due to the commercial size generator outside the hotel.
