If you end up in a room next to a room with loud people unfortunately you will hear them, but that is my only single complaint. The hotel looks great, the staff are friendly, the complimentary breakfast is more than ceral and orange juice, fresh and yummy. Lastly rooms are clean, beds comfortable, pool and hot tub are definitely worth dropping into, and it is conveniently located to plenty of food options, stores, a Publix and walking distance or very cheap Uber distance from the beach and theme parks. I personally plan on stopping here for my future visits.

I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars. There are some good things about this hotel- great location, our room was a decent size for a 1 bedroom, the breakfast was fresh (but simple), close to Publix and food, generally good service, clean rooms, plenty of parking, filtered water station, and pack n play available. There are some things that could be better- one of the desk staff seemed overwhelmed and not pleasant, the hot tub was dirty, hotel was showing some wear and tear, and the rooms were not cleaned every day (floors would get sandy and needed more towels).

I would definitely stay again. We were there a week and housekeeping came by once while there. We took our own trash out daily. Which is ok. The breakfast was ok if you like cereal and muffins. I'm not a breakfast eater so that was ok for me. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room and other areas were clean. This was my hubby and I first time to Destin and we enjoyed. The hotel location is perfect.

The breakfast was very small and sugary. Cereals, yogurts, parfaits, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagel, and mini muffins. Could have been better, but you get what you get. You don’t HAVE to eat it. We did. The hotel room itself was phenomenal! Very clean and cozy and a family with small kids. My kids loved sleeping on the sofa couch. The hotel had a lot of extra amenities which was nice. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Excellent hotel for the price point .. we had two rooms and both were like a 2 bedroom so that was nice …. We walked to Henderson beach every day and was nice excersize and didn’t have to worry scout parking .. Staff was super accommodating with us coming in after midnight and giving us a late check out .. we will definitely be back

I like that it was in the middle of everything. If we didn’t want to drive we could walk. It’s a very nice quiet area at night but pretty to take a walk. I will definitely be back to visit and stay again
