"The only good thing about the room was that the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The biggest disappointment was that the parking was an absolute NIGHTMARE. They do NOT have parking for their customers. We drove around for literally an hour trying to figure out parking and every time we tried to call we either couldn’t get through or we were put on hold. When we finally did get a hold of somebody they kept interrupting me and all I wanted to know was the location and the street names of where the parking garage was. The parking garage was 2 1/2 blocks away so you have to pull up to the front of the hotel where everyone is blocking each other so you have to wait for the person to get out their luggage and check in if they park behind you and block you. It was an absolute unorganized mess. A completely confusing, upsetting scramble. Cars were pulling into the front and blocking each other in like crazy and customers were getting upset. The location & the beds were also the only good thing about this hotel, other than that it’s not worth the $250 a night to stay there. The rooms are not that impressive either. Pretty much every single room has a view of this courtyard rooftop thing with a couple of trees in it. No city views. They should’ve put the name of the parking garage with instructions as far as how to park. it’s $44 a night to park in the parking garage that’s two blocks away. So awful. Also they have an EXTRA $80 deposit fee. "
