Staff was courteous. The rooms were pretty decent. Although I do have to say that the iron and the earning board were the worst that I’ve ever seen. The iron actually had a broken piece at the front of the iron and cobwebs in and dirt inside. I’ve never seen anything like it. Other than that, it was a very good stay and I will definitely stay there again

Great value if you are working with a budget. Good for families if you are doing parks and just need a space to sleep and shower. Rooms are dated. Staff is friendly. Rooms are humid and always felt moist. 15 mins to Disney, 35 mins to universal. Food and restaurants 5 mins away. Walgreens <5 mins.

Room was really clean and pretty comfortable, rooms aren't really modern, but you have everything you need, the shower had good supply of hot water, which was really appreciated, pool was lovely and quiet, pool towels were available Staff were great, we had a small problem with a couple of other guests being really noisy very late at night, during night and 1st thing early in the morning and it was dealt with quickly, we were only staying for 4 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the price was great for the 4 nights, we would recommend and we would also stay again if we needed to Thank you 😆

I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectful and degrading as a paying guest in my life. There are some places solo female travelers should never go and this hotel is one of them. I answered the check-in review sent by the booking only to be met with hostility and berating by Paul who I assume is the manager. At first he refused to give his name and walked off. I returned to my room around noon to rest and met the towels and bedding stripped. I then headed to the front desk to ask about it and when it would be finished. Paul proceeded to tell me about the whole process of cleaning the rooms and that housekeeping was about to finish my room after their lunch which they just started. He went on to talk about the different hotels he worked at, the procedures they go through, how was he suppose to know I wouldn’t be out all day. Instead of apologizing for hair in all the linens and towels he proceeded to tell me “I don’t know why you are treating my staff and me like this”. I never went to front desk and spoke to anyone so the only thing I could take from that is that he felt personally attacked by me giving an honest review. Not once was there any kind of apology just a disrespectful lecture on how he runs the hotel. The shower head is old attachment. The exit door lock to the stairwell on the 3rd floor was broken so you have to walk more than half way the length of the building to use the elevator and walk that again to get to the room. Paul should be fired immediately.
