The room so very clean and the room was spacious; the only thing, we were not informed parking was billed separate and at a high rate, being the first time in SF it wasn't something I expected

When my man’s birthday came in at midnight we were forced to change rooms because the toilet overflowed and was all over our floors then we were placed in a double bed and then we were placed in a room on the 18th floor and we had paid for high rise originally on the 24th floor . This was a disheartening experience
