Nice view, easy access on Van Ness, clean room. Unfortunately, nobody really greeted us at the door, the concession stand closed by 11 pm (we went to a concert and wanted water), and the machines weren’t working properly. Still, we’d stay there again since the price was right, it was clean and easy to manage.

Great location, and the room was pretty big. The bed was comfortable, too. Great amenities and plenty of space to work downstairs or out on the pool deck. However, the bathroom wasn't clean and the staff weren't friendly.
