Only place we will stay when traveling to SF. Friendly staff, easy check- in and check- out process. The rooms were upgraded and beds are always very comfortable. A Nice added feature we had this stay were the automatic blackout shades.

Check in staff was nice, lobby was decent. Regarding the room, decently cleaned but the counters were insanely covered with dust. The room was a connecting one to another which may be good for large parties. However the sounds of doors opening and closing was insanely loud. I often thought someone was opening their side or my hotel room door was being opened because of how loud it was, and as a solo traveler it was definitely hard to get comfortable to hearing that.
