Good location but expensive parking. Nice lobby and excellent breakfast. The rooms are small and old. Popcorn ceiling and bad views. TV blurry. Old motel-style bathrooms with sub-par water pressure. Pool was cold in August and no hot tub. I was expecting something nicer considering Expedia’s price was a significant deal. At “full price” I would’ve been beyond unhappy.

Severe indoor air quality issues

Great location near scenic Fisherman's Wharf. Service was fine. Buffet breakfast included was generous and convenient but not high quality. Biggest problem was air quality in the room was terrible. AC window unit freezing or off and airless hot. Noise from street and in hallway. Mold or dirt or something in the room made us all have runny noses, sneezing, headache, and bloodshot eyes, only relieved by leaving the room. Lobby was ugly and inhospitable. The whole place needs an update and renovations. Very run down. It didn't ruin our vacation and it was ok but really pretty uncomfortable. Wish I had stayed somewhere nicer and regret booking this hotel which was well reviewed online. Stay somewhere else.

I didn't like that breakfast area was small and that the staff in the breakfast where very rude and wanted to control everything. Ive been to many hotels and this was a first where they ask room number and they aske for everyone to be present at the same time.
