Bell hop was the best. Breakfast was average. Wasn't a fan of the eggs and bacon was soggy. They did have options to choose from, bagels, muffins, toast, pancakes and a large fruit bar.

Very good location and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed for two nights and were impressed with the food variety. Most of the hotels that have breakfast included is the typical continental breakfast. Definitely not at RIU. Will definitely stay there again.

The lobby and front of the hotel were beautiful. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint was the room itself. It looked like it had sunk into the ground. The floors seemed slanted.

Hotel lobby was nice. All the outdoor fire pits were a plus. Inside room conditions were decent, except the bathroom sink had a pretty noticeable crack on it. It was loud upstairs the night I spent there with people running in the middle of the night.
