Staff were very rude! We are 64 yr old respectful and responsible people and the staff made us feel like we were under a microscope...not really sure what they thought we were there for!?!? Front desk staff was very abrupt and not helpful in the least. Trying to get a plastic fork was like I was asking for the impossible. Horrible experience from beginning to end!! Avoid if possible!

We are local but needed to stay in a hotel for a few days, could not be happier with Hotel Riu! The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, the accommodations were appreciated. Would recommend any of our friends/family to stay here while they're in town!

The room was a good size but the bathroom was small and aged. Poor toiletries and the water flow in the sink was terrible. Didn’t like being charged an undisclosed facilities fee until after we booked. Didn’t use the facilities anyway.
