This hotel was perfectly located to where we were visiting. We were so pleased with this spot and the team here. It was a great combination of comfort, luxury and some pampering with their concierge team. It was such a convenient option. Loved having the in-room massages and the options for early and late check-outs, and storage of our luggage, the entire team was fantastic. Also, the attached restaurant Pescatore was a winner. Thank you for our awesome visit!

Great value

Hotel Zoe was conviantly located near Fisherman's wharf. It was a block from the North Beach Trader Joe's. The room was spacious and quiet. The hotel property had a nice lobby and an outdoor space. It allowed fitness access via another property if walking was not sufficient.

Clean room. AC worked great. Would have like a coffee maker in the room. Husband wanted to work out on exercise bikes and could not access until 7am. He was ready to exercise at 5:30am. But still, a wonderful visit overall!!

Overpriced. Not worth it.

Room stank of chemicals. The "Junior suite" was tiny and filthy. Stains on the walls and floor. Air conditioning is very loud, so if you are a sleeper that requires silence, you won't get it. Think 90s motel for the AC unit. Also extremely expensive for a sub-par hotel.

For an expensive hotel like the Zoe, you would at least expect room service of some sort. Also, the price for breakfast, which I didn’t even see a restaurant was outrageous. Wouldn’t go back there again.

The room was dusty with cobwebs all over. I had to ask for new sheets because the sheets looked dingy. All I was concerned with was the lack of cleanliness of the room.
