We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Two team members truly stood out and deserve special recognition. Diana at the front desk is an absolute gem — her warmth, professionalism, and genuine ability to connect made us feel instantly welcome. In the service industry, that kind of authentic connection is rare and deserves to be celebrated. We only dined at the restaurant once, but even in that short visit, Ricardo left a lasting impression. His friendliness, openness, and professionalism made our experience memorable — it’s remarkable to recall someone after such a brief interaction, but he genuinely stood out. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a lovely stay.

Was disappointed with the restaurant were you had a $15 credit per room per night. Restaurant was closed Sunday night and breakfast buffet was $40 per person - pretty unreasonable for bacon and eggs. Website stated nothing about early check in fee but when arrived this was disclosed to me. Ended up paying for it as had planned to do other things that day and needed a home base

The location is great, minutes from the Fisherman’s wharf area and easy to access other areas of San Francisco. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need some work, poor set up so the shower leaks a lot and slow drain but otherwise no issues.

Room for improvement

Hotel great location fisherman’s wharf 5 min walk. Bed comfy. Bathroom lets it down tiny and bottom of bath all enamel worn away. Very weird you need to put bathroom light in puts light on sink in bedroom so wakes other person. Staff friendly. Drinks and food pricey. Outside drinks area nice. Asked for quiet room and was put near lifts and ice machine so not great.
