Had an amazing stay! My group of 4 got 1 room for 1 night, parking is simple and much cheaper than surrounding hotels. There’s a lot of coffee spots and restaurants within walking distance. The free breakfast is a huge plus, it was yummy and I loved the window seating with street view. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we didn’t ask for a bay view but still lucked out and got a great view of the city! Will definitely be staying again for my birthday ! ❤️

Eva was nice and efficient checking us in and giving us a nicer room on the six floor with a great view of the bay and bridge! We really appreciated that! The hotel’s parking is underground and spaces are tight between large cement pillars. The room was clean. This was a good value in an away from touristy part of the Marina district. Some street noise, but this can be expected. All in all a good value for a basic stay in San Francisco.

The room was good with a great view of the bay. Most of the staff was good, but the woman who checked us in the first day did not spend the appropriate effort and was distracted by other concerns separate from us. The biggest problem was the cold temperature in the hallways, lobby and breakfast room. When we went to breakfast the room, plates and silverware were so cold the temperature of the food quickly cooled before we could eat it. As a result we went to other places for breakfast thus affecting the cost of staying here. We loved the view, but will probably not go back.
