"The hotel stay and service was superb. I did have an issue with valet. I called for my car and my car was parked when I came down. I got in my car and went to the mall. Granted I did not check my car before I left the hotel, didn’t think to. I backed in the parking space and notice that the front side driver side bumper was pop out of place. My husband immediately pop it back in before I was able to get a picture. We arrived to the hotel and mention it to the staff. They checked into but the video they showed us wasn’t a good angle and couldn’t see the detachment. I learned a valuable lesson, to always video your vehicle before leaving it with valet. "
