I was met with terrible customer service at the front desk. On my first night, I was woken up with an alarm three separate times, and when I went to speak with someone about it, I was confronted as if I were a liar. "Who did you speak with, there was no woman working here at 3:00 am." I ordered a juice that was never brought to my room. I paid for a king bed and got a lesser room. My card key didn't work after the first day. Overall highly dissapointed.

Property is tired. Upcharge for President suite but put me in the governors suite…… alarms going off at nigh twice. Having to get my 2 year old up out of bed and dragged them downstairs twice because the front desk was not answering the phone about the alarms……. This was a nice property at one time but it’s very tired and needs a lot of updating. The management team needs some attention. I think they’re having a hard time with staffing. Nobody to help with bags. It’s just not what it used to be.

Had to call front desk about the floor light staying on, the personal was not familiar with that feature in the room so they called maintenance, they came quickly but he ended up just pulling the socket out. It was motion reactive light but I’m not sure if they knew or wasn’t able to explain it. Overall good, but wouldn’t purchase with out a deal of some kind
