Visited with my family. The location and in-house views were made beautifully, guest concierge friendly but overall it was a very old hotel. Can’t say I was impressed enough to go back but it was ok. No ice machines worked on my floor, fridgerators do not get cold, and the only microwave was in the lobby. Overall the most I would give is a 3/5.

Not as advertised.

Our room was ridiculously hot. Turned the a/c down to 65 and by midnight it was still mid 70's. I tried using the room phone multiple times to call the front desk and they would never answer. The refrigerator was hot. The menu we were told to look up using their QR code was outdated and the restaurant offered none of the items. Food was expensive and mediocre at best. They mention a nightly "happy hour" but the bartender said there were never any specials. There was a dog show there and one of the elevators kept catching the people in the door. One time it caught a dog.
