Absolutely loved the restaurant. The food was delicious. The pool was clean and gigantic. It had very nice loungers and the room was spacious with a balcony.. we loved the fact that we could walk to the conservatory or different restaurants to eat without having to even use a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and easy to get around. I would stay here again, because I felt welcome and safe.

The hotel is in a very nice area, about a 6 minute walk to the galeria. The free cookies at check in were delicious. However there were spots in our rooms that were dirty or super dark, such as the couches or chairs that made us hesitant to sit on during our stay. The parking garage smelled very badly of cigarettes as one would expect. I didn’t realize you had to pay for self-park and valet parking whenever you got there; maybe this might’ve been my fault to look into a little more, but it was pricy for parking two nights. Overall I give this hotel a 6/10.
