The service was exemplary. The lady that checked us in was excellent. My Bajan gal. The cleaning staff was so pleasant and at least twice a day a quick text to ask how our stay was going and if we needed anything was surreal. Was very impressed. Rooms and the hotel was very clean and seem to been maintained very well. Would highly recommended this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Our stay was filled with issues, from power outage to internet outages and being locked out of rooms. Despite our attempt to keep an open mind, the lack of hospitality from some of the staff ultimately made this a really sour experience. Evening valet attendant verbally assaulted guests in my party, including an elderly woman holding a small child, over parking while we waited 40 mins for keys on a stay over. That sure is no way to accommodate guests who are already experiencing a whirlwind of issues during their stay. The assistant manager & manager at the front desk gave it their best to remain calm and still create a welcoming environment, but the lack of awareness & consideration from others on their teams overshadowed those efforts.
