Ms Shirley at the Front Desk was Most Helpful, frum check-in to check-out! We were able to pay for Early check-in, at 11Am and Late check-out, at 3pm. That was the best part of the accommodations! Really helped to get extra rest!!!

The staff, especially the front desk was very polite and accommodating, making the first impression of the hotel great. The first impression of the room was not good; it was dirty and a lot of stains everywhere including makeup stains on the window when we open the blinds to see the view. Also, the hot water was not working so we had to call down to get another room. Again, the front desk was very nice and accommodating and made it happen quickly. The next room was better however the cleaning staff must have forgotten to flush the toilet after use so again the first impressions on the cleanliness of the rooms should really be addressed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the staff but probably won't be back based on cleanliness of rooms.
