We had to keep calling front desk to tell them about people loitering in front of our window who were just hanging around or working on their car. Also, I fell in the bathtub and hit my head. Rosa from front desk did get us a bath mat for bathtub. Now I’m suffering from pain and need my medical bills to be paid. Still waiting for owner to contact me.

This property is a former Marriot Courtyard turned independent. The staff (especially Josh) were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the price was very helpful for Houston. Pros: Very clean spacious room, wooden cabinets and headboard with a cold refrigerator. Quality bedding. Quality bathroom amenities and towels and great showerhead. Convenient and strong anti-slip handle in a small but adequate shower. Good coffee in the rooms. Front desk will provide more. The weather varied during our stay but the thermostat in the room was easy to adjust | the AC unit worked well and quickly on either cool and heat as needed. Fitness room was clean and stocked with towels. Cons: Beds were too soft.

When I arrived for check in, there was only one person on duty and he was busy away from the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Heater and tv worked fine. The toilet flushed slowly but eventually worked.
