Valet is expensive $54 per day but the garage connected to the hotel is only $13. Staff was very nice. The rooms are dated and could use some remodeling/repairs. There was no pantry in the lobby and only vending on odd floors but they did not work or were empty. One machine took my money and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. The room I had was a suite with a kitchenette but had no glasses, pots or plates. There was a sink, stove and fridge though. The bathroom was very roomy but the towels were worn with thin spots and loose threads. I put in a request on the app for a blanket and pillow, went to dinner came back and still hadn't been delivered. Called the front desk, was told the app messaging hardly works and they are short on linen so I couldn't get any. Ordered breakfast the next morning, that was a disaster, took 3 trips from the room service before it was right. I have never stayed in a Marriot property that was this disorganized and shotty.

We stayed at this property while attending a Rockets game and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The internet service was exceptional, which was especially important to me as a business owner who works online—download speeds exceeded 175 Mbps with upload speeds around 32 Mbps. The only area for improvement was the valet service. While the staff was courteous and professional, the vehicle retrieval process was consistently slow. On multiple occasions, we requested our car in advance but still experienced wait times of 15 minutes or more. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I have never slept so good and felt more relaxed. I would recommend this hotel a million times over. Great Southern Hospitality from the moment of check in at the front desk to the time I checked out. Beautiful place with clean rooms and hallways. A second level with a piano and buffet bar too was the cherry on top. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
