Great property. Conveniently located to the Daikin stadium. My only complaint is the valet parking isn’t visibly identified. However, once I got that worked out. Check in was easy and convenient.

The staff here is AMAZING! I was having a trip from hell when arriving to Houston to see Beyoncé and the staff here made my day go better! They helped me with my troubles when they didn’t have too. And it’s pretty close to everything. I will definitely stay here next time I come to H-Town!

The room itself is nice. The bed and linen was good. They had C.O. Bigelow brand lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The room is small, it’s just big enough for the bed and little computer desk and 1 nightstand. The closet was normal size and the bathroom was a little cramp. No rooms have a mini fridge. They do supply bottled water and ice as normal. Valet is $35 on site or you can park across the street in a garage for I think $10-$15/night. All the staff was very friendly and made our 3 night stay worth it. I would stay here again but opt for one of the larger rooms. At night there were several homeless people around the hotel and that is my biggest concern.

Upon entering, staff wasn't very friendly. Very short, fast responses without accommodating for my family who is new to the area and didn't know anything about this hotel or the parking or the checking in info. We had no clue what to do and the staff member at the front just wanted to rush us along. I love this hotel and everything I've discovered about it and I plan on returning. I know it can be stressful to work in a place like this I would just like to see a little more hospitality. I paid a lot to be here and I don't want to be treated a certain way just because of my money, but I would like to see that the "southern hospitality" exists in all of Texas, not just parts of it.

For starters the hot water didn’t work, no fridge as advertised so the food we brought back to the room had to be tossed and the AC did not work most of the night so we’re tossing and turning until 5 in the morning. Also the rooms do not look as nice as advertised. But it was clean.
