I was very disappointed with my recent stay, especially after having such a great experience during my first visit. My previous stay was what encouraged me to return, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standards. Late one night, the lights in our room went out, and we were forced to move all of our luggage to another room around midnight. No staff came to assist or offer a cart, which made the situation even more stressful. In addition, my card was unexpectedly charged a second incidental fee without any prior notice. This unplanned charge affected and disrupted some of my vacation plans. While the staff members I spoke with were polite and did their best to help, the overall experience was disappointing and not what I expected from a hotel I once enjoyed. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication and guest support in the future.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room, beds, and bathroom were perfect! I enjoyed having the valet parking and the many other amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel. This will be the hotel we use while in town for a Texan game.

The reason for the low rating was due to not getting the room type that I originally booked for because they overbooked. I have booked for a 2-bedroom suite but upon checking in, they told me that they no longer have the room type so they downgraded me and my family to a suite with two queen beds. I understand it is still a nice room but I didn’t get the refund from booking a pricier room. The front desk told me to contact hotel.com as the reservation was not booked directly from the hotel. I find this situation unfair and unreasonable. The hotel.com did contact the hotel and they received no response in seeking compensation. The hotel room was nice but I was disappointed in the experience.
