"They didn’t have any of the offers to go with the “resort fee” spring on you. The closed their food service 15 minutes early even when many of us had been waiting already 15 minutes just to order. Only one elevator worked. They didn’t put up any signage or ropes. People were charging to get in it because otherwise you’d have to wait another 20 minutes. A few of us got stuck in floor 28 for a very long time. No one ever answered the front desk phones. We were able to find a kind cleaner who let us use the service elevator."
