I was really pleasantly surprised with the hotel. This was my first visit to New York and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. The location was fabulous, the room was huge and the staff all very helpful.

I was not there much because I was with my husband at M SK. It was within walking distance to the hospital and I felt safe in the neighborhood and in my room. It was also clean and comfortable and a short distance to restaurants and pharmacies.

Close to so many things. We were here for a week post op so we spent a lot of time in the room. It was nice. Bed was comfortable. Wish the TVs were smart TVs though. Couldn’t use anything other than just cable. For those not planning to be in the room a lot, very small detail that wouldn’t make me book elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great for families with small kids

One of the only hotels in NYC where you can comfortably fit 2 adults and 3 kids without spending thousands. Their one bedroom apt/suite includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room area with pull out couch, closet space, plus a bedroom with 2 double beds. Room was a tiny bit tired but service was good and location near Central Park was also a win.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were extremely welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, featuring two comfortable queen-size beds and a fully functioning kitchen — perfect for families or anyone who likes the option to cook. The bathroom was spotless, and the entire space felt fresh and well maintained. One of the highlights was how peaceful it was. The room faced the garden, so there was no outside noise, making it easy to relax and rest. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in NY, especially families, since having a kitchen adds so much convenience.

There was no reason for somebody to knock on our door at 10 o’clock in the morning to clean the room when we were checking out at 11 o’clock in the morning. They should have known the room would be empty in an hour and not bothered us.
