Walls were thin, could hear every little noise from next door. Woke us early each morning. Asked for a different room, but none available, they just gave us earplugs Also, elevators were extremely slow each morning. 10-15 minute wait to get one that wasn’t already full to capacity.

We requested a connecting room prior to arrival when we arrived they said they don’t have any for the type of rooms we booked.I was staying with my daughter which is why we wanted connecting rooms They said I could up grade the rooms for $300 dollars to have connecting rooms I asked to speak to the manager who was as much use a a chocolate fire guard.We ended up with two rooms on the same floor They promised they sort out for our second night but when we came back that evening we did indeed have a connecting room but it it connected to someone else’s room ! To top this off we had snow coming into our room via the corroded window as the roof above the window was leaking and in disrepair.The heater vents in the room were extremely noisy making them unusable for sleeping . On a positive (obviously not) I did receive an email two days after we checked out to say they would try and get us connecting rooms what a joke. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN
