"Checked in and charge me gor early check in. Went to room was terrible, lamp globe missing on lamp, and smelled like marijuana which should have been a non smoking room. Went back dow to desk , they put us in updates tower but costed me additional $45 due to being updated. Then on top got charged for a late check out. Will never stay here again or ever return to Atlantic City. Very poor city, homeless everywhere, and just run down including the whole boardwalk."

"Arrived at 3:30 and room wasn’t ready. They said contact me when ready. 2 hours went by nothing so went back to desk. They gave us another room. Went to room wasn’t cleaned very well, earring backing on floor, shirt tags on floor, nothing wipes down and urine was on bathroom floor. Bell man called and got us another room and went to that. Room smelled like marijuana. We went down to check in and they finally gave us a room that was acceptable. All the hallways to rooms were never vacuumed the whole week there, area by elevator was never cleaned all week, gym on floor, dust every corner and never mopped all week and elevators weren’t much cleaner. Not sure what the deal is but seems Oceans is going down hill!"

"First, there was a strong air freshener smell in the room that was gross all night. Second, the open airy interior is not ideal for families. There is a bar that was open until 1 am and our family happened to have a room directly above it. We could hear the loud conversations and drunk laughing until 2:00 in the morning - and this was on a Monday night. Additionally, our door had a slit at the bottom that let in light and you could see people's feet walking by. We chose this hotel due to the close proximity to American Dream Mall, but we were highly disappointed. When we checked out a day early and expressed our complaints, they did not offer to refund our money. I do not recommend this hotel."
