"Rooms should smell good and not like old buildings"

"In my room the air was stale and smelled of sweaty gym socks. There was a k cup coffee machine but had no stirrer included. The a/c unit had to be adjust from the unit itself. As well as the ice machine was out of service on my floor. The parking was enough no matter the time that you arrived or departed. I got a fee that I will now have to call about since there was no snack bar. I will be looking to stay somewhere else next time I visit. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels on my travels and this was just not up to par."

"We stayed Friday through Sunday and our room was never cleaned. Saturday when we returned from an all day outing, we had to contact the front desk to complain and ask them to bring clean towels, and empty the trash, which they did promptly. Sunday morning we had to go to the front desk to replace our cream and coffee packs and water, which was complementary in the suite. Also, we had breakfast Saturday morning and it was disappointing that they didn’t have an omelette station for the price charged for breakfast. We really liked the size of our room, it was clean upon arrival and the staff was great!"

"Staff was very rude and not helpful. Rooms nice but full Jed’s not queen. No extra pillows or blankets. Internet connection poor. "
