Great bed but bad service

When I got to the lobby, it looks like a zoo. Children were running around unattended. Checking in was slow because the children had to be wrangle in my parents who were trying to check in. What really disturbed me was I could not get a bottle of water. Your hotel had no water. Your selection of food and beverages was yuk at Best. I will say that the bed was amazing. It was fluffy and comfortable, and the room itself was spectacular. You just need to get a grip on the people.

The shuttle itself was worn but the driver was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious, clean and lovely (recently renovated I believe). The breakfast area was clean and the food very good. I'd highly recommend this for travelers needing accommodation close to the airport.

The airport shuttle was good, although there is no courtesy phone link to Hampton Inn, so you have to call the hotel's main number for information. We left too early for the hotel breakfast, but they did have a nice grab and go breakfast option.

We waited almost a full 30 minutes for the shuttle ... after a long trek and Air train to the meeting place. Hotel was comfortable, and relatively quiet. Hallways on our floor smelled of weed, but not in the room. Ice maker was only available on one floor. Now, this was a very friendly, courteous and professional staff ... We felt appreciated.
