Heat pool was great. Weird locker rooms are not located same floor as pool. Hot tub out of order lots of rooms on floors seemed to be under construction. I was on a floor & had to go to a different floor for ice h laundry room. Bartender was helpful the elevator had a happy hour special mon thru sat & bartended didnt know she called manager to approve on a Sat. I showed her picture. Sge solved a issue quickly but having to even ask was weird given its ckear as day.overall no one bothered me but other than the check in clerk & bartender not a lot o info until i used the text for help service which was helpful but weird the ice machine, laundry room & gym pool weren't shared at check in. 1 night there was a fire alarm at 1:15am not a big deal safety first but I had an early meeting & it was chilly outside so I sat in my car until 2am when we were allowed back in. No one mentioned the cause. My room was decebt liked the toiletries & magnifying mirror & shower. Desk was dusty near edge & furniture was low compared to height of bed. Weird no microwave in room that was strange but understand they want restaurant business, coffee offered on ground flour until mid morning. I prefer 24hr coffee like at other hotels. If you want to use the pool that is a win.

Many reviews talked about the concierge Jennifer and now we know why. She is , personable and helpful. This hotel is tucked away in a wooded area away from the business of the town but close enough to drive a short distance to get the things you need.

During check-in I was given wrong key and had to come back to front and wait 15 min in line to get corrected room number. Also, the hotel.com booking doesn’t include breakfast….this should be something people should be aware of…I think normal prices include breakfast

I enjoyed the space of the property as well as the pool. I think the staff in the restaurant did the best they could on a day they were short staffed. There should have been more staff, but perhaps there weren't that many guests that day.

Parking was included w/ the price of the stay which is always a plus. The hotel was great! Something for everyone. The star of the trip was Jennifer at the front desk. In one word - WOW!! She was absolutely incredible. She was able to provide information on everything I needed to know inside the hotel AND everything outside the hotel. She was amazing!
