"The AC and heating didn't work in our room. The room thermostat didn't work resulting in the AC blowing constantly. When we asked the hotel to warm things up, it turned off the AC and the room became unbearably hot.
The shower faucet moved away from the wall.
We learned on our arrival the 7th floor was under renovation and the rooftop pool, bar and gym were not available.
Overall, a bad experience. We will not be going back there."
