First room we were put in the heat wasn’t working. Only 54 degrees in room. After an hour they moved us to another room. The tv didn’t work and never got it fixed. No one helped us with our luggage but they let us use a cart. In the morning our battery was dead in car. Think valet left light on. Morning valet was very helpful and charged battery.

We had a great stay, the room was dated and smelled of smoke, check-in was easy, property was easy to navigate, and the clean staff was easy to work with. Hotel is in a great location with restaurants nearby walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if there for SoDec.

The hotel really needs a renovation. Fixtures are very outdated and the carpet was not clean. Overall stay was okay. The best part of the room was it had a balcony. But it’s a non smoking balcony (WTDTA) if you from the south you know.
