Room keys didn’t work took over an hour to get into our room. Staff tried to make up for it with a free breakfast which was nice but we missed our night out. We requested extra pillows because there was only 3, we never got anything. The phone in the room did not work. The toilet barely flushed. Bathroom looked dirty.

Our stay was good. We expected to be able to dine in and order room service. Restaurant was not open for our entire stay Tuesday-Saturday. Location is perfect everything is close by in walking distance. Overall it was a good stay Very comfortable beds. I would return with hope of some upkeep to the Hotel

This is my second time staying here but after 8 years and it has gone way down hill. Bathroom is very old and run down. Absolutely disgusting floor, shower and rugs are old and stained. Tv didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work, needed a lightbulb, the ice machine never had any ice when I went, never received wash cloths or hand towels. They told me they ran out! Crazy. Also I had to ask for coffee every night but they ran out of that too and actually told me they had no mugs but the girl was very nice and found me a mug I could use. Oh! And I got stuck in an elevator which would not bring me to Libby and almost cut me in half. The doors closed so fast without safety concerns! Overall very disappointed. Sadly I won’t stay there anymore

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Poor Service & Cleanliness I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The hotel was not hospitable from the moment we arrived. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, which clearly had not been properly serviced. We requested maid service and returned around midnight to find the room exactly as we had left it — nothing had been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was dismissive and unresponsive, offering no apology or concern. I didn’t ask for a refund or to speak with management; I simply asked to check out. Instead, the clerk refused to let us leave until the manager came down — all while she was packing up her things to go home for the night. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and without a hint of courtesy. To make matters worse, the parking fee was an outrageous $50 per night for an old, outdated hotel. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and complete disregard for guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would not recommend and will not return.

The hotel is very old, the balcony view was non existent even though I paid extra. No mini fridge or coffee in the room. Staff was nice. If you’re looking for just a bed it’s fine to stay.
