We absolutely loved our stay. We had a King “no windows” and it was so incredibly quiet every night. The pool and pool house were so nice. Perfect temperature, and fresh ice to lounge around with drinks. 20 minute walk to Bywater brunches, close to 5 minutes to Canal or Bourbon.

Felt very safe on this side of the French Quarter. Not too loud. Got the windowless room with king bed. If you have the 4th floor you get a sunroof. Room is pretty dark otherwise as the lights inside aren’t very bright. Pros and cons. If you get the 3rd floor, it’s very quiet. But if you have the sunroof you hear the boat horns every couple of hours. You also hear some creepy carnival sounding music that’s coming from one of the boat rides. If you’re unlucky like one of the days out of the 7 I stayed, you might get crows on the roof cawing loud as heck in the morning. Other than that, noise isn’t really an issue here. Room felt clean. Not much counter space for ladies to do their makeup in the bathroom. Can’t do it at the desk because no light. I like that there’s always a doorman at the front. Overall great stay in the French Quarter. Loved the brick walls in the room.

Stay here! Our room was so nice and clean with nice sitting area and two TVs. The staff was great, and the best thing about it is the location. Right across from the river in the French Quarter. You can walk to everything. One block down from Jackson Square - it’s amazing. I will definitely be staying here every time I go to New Orleans.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The charm of the historic Inn is remarkable. I cannot say enough about the esthetics. The location is perfect and walkable to most things. The hop on hop off is located a block or so down the street. We always felt safe as we navigated our way around town. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Charles was so helpful when we needed anything. At the end of a busy day walking, we loved relaxing in the beautiful courtyard. We will be back! This is probably my favorite hotel experience to date.

The room was very beautiful and had lovely furnishings. The shower was less than ideal- the on/off handle was far into it and you had to reach past the water to turn it. Plus the door opened on the shower head side which made the floor very wet. The courtyard was also very calm, beautiful and inviting, a lovely space in the middle of the busy city.

Great location in the French Quarter. Two blocks from Bourbon Street, so it’s quiet, yet so convenient. Can walk all around the area, so no need for a car. We Ubered from the airport and back. Rooms were nice and clean. We had a windowless room and it was fine. Would definitely stay there again.
